Job Category: Solution Developer

Wastewater Systems Solution Developer

The Challenge

UK wastewater utilities confront ageing pipes failing under climate extremes, regulatory mandates to dramatically cut CSO spills, and £multi-billion AMP8 investments that must deliver resilience, nature-based solutions, and circular resource recovery, while keeping bills affordable amid public scrutiny and net-zero deadlines.

At BMA we’re on a mission to help water utilities tackle one of society’s greatest environmental challenges — protecting public health and restoring our rivers, streams, and lakes. We build smart decision-support platforms that transform how utilities understand, predict, and reduce pollution across wastewater networks and treatment systems.
